At The Nut Basket, we strive to deliver premium quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms.

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Returns are accepted only for valid reasons approved by our support team.

โ— Valid Reasons for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • The product is expired or of poor quality
  • You receive a wrong item (different from your order)

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be:
    • In original condition
    • Unused and unopened
    • With original packaging intact
    • Along with the invoice/bill
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear images of the product (including packaging & batch details)
  • Description of the issue

๐Ÿ‘‰ Request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team
  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

๐Ÿ’ณ Online Payments

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days after approval
  • The amount will reflect in your account within 7โ€“14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider

๐Ÿ’ต Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You will need to provide:
    • Bank account details or cancelled cheque
  • Refund will be processed within 3 working days after approval

โณ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider (it may take time to reflect)
  3. Contact your bank for processing updates
