At The Nut Basket, we strive to deliver premium quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms.

- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Returns are accepted only for valid reasons approved by our support team.
โ Valid Reasons for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- The product is expired or of poor quality
- You receive a wrong item (different from your order)

- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unopened
- With original packaging intact
- Along with the invoice/bill
- Replacement is subject to product availability

To initiate a return, please email us at:
Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear images of the product (including packaging & batch details)
- Description of the issue
๐ Request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product

- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

- Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days after approval
- The amount will reflect in your account within 7โ14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider
๐ต Cash on Delivery (COD)
- You will need to provide:
- Bank account details or cancelled cheque
- Refund will be processed within 3 working days after approval

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (it may take time to reflect)
- Contact your bank for processing updates
