Yes, we deliver pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes. We partner with leading courier companies including Delhivery, BlueDart and India Post to ensure coverage across 25,000+ PIN codes in India.

Question 11

What if I am not available during delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your package will be held at the nearest courier hub for 3–5 days. You can contact us or the courier directly to reschedule delivery at a convenient time.

Question 12

How is the packaging? Will products stay fresh during transit?

Accepted Answer

All products are packed in premium food-grade, airtight ziplock pouches to preserve freshness. These are then placed inside sturdy corrugated outer boxes to prevent any damage during transit. Our packaging maintains product freshness for the full transit duration.

Question 13

Are your dry fruits 100% natural with no preservatives?

Yes, absolutely. All our dry fruits are 100% natural — no preservatives, no artificial colours, no added flavours, no chemical treatment of any kind. What you see is exactly what comes from the farm — cleaned, graded and packed.

Question 14

Are your products FSSAI certified?

Question 15

What is the shelf life of your products?

The use-by date is printed on every pack. To keep dry fruits fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and reseal the pack properly after every use.

Question 16

Where do you source your dry fruits from?

Accepted Answer

As printed on our packs: our almonds, walnuts and pistachios are Californian; our cashews are whole W320 kernels; our raisins are seedless green raisins; and our phool makhana comes from Bihar. Everything is packed by THENUTBASKET LLP in Aurangabad, Bihar.

Question 17

Are your products suitable for diabetics or people with dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Most of our dry fruits have a low to medium glycaemic index and are suitable for diabetics when consumed in moderation. However, dry fruits are calorie-dense, so portion control is important. We recommend consulting your doctor or dietitian for personalised advice based on your health condition.

Question 18

Do you offer organic products?

Accepted Answer

Our products are not certified organic. They are 100% natural — the only ingredient in each pack is the dry fruit itself, with no preservatives or added flavours.

Question 19

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for quality issues. If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered, wrong, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free pickup and process a full refund.

Question 20

How long does a refund take?

Accepted Answer

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
